I use a high performance, high efficiency portable system that flushes out soil and cleaning residues better than most truck mounted systems, with the added benefit of being able to go where trucks can't. ie: highrises. Powerful For tough, ground in soil, I use a scrubber, the most aggressive cleaning method in the industry. Healthy I choose the healthiest cleaning agents that will do the job, because a small percentage of those cleaning agents are left in your carpet. Much like no clothes washing machine can remove all detergent residues from your clothes, neither can any carpet extractor remove 100% of the cleaning residues from your carpets. Better for the Environment Waste water goes in the toilet for proper treatment (not in the storm sewer). Energy efficient equipment Cleaning agents that are healthier for you, are also better for the water system. Way less pollution than truck mounted systems.
