I was tried to wash my car here today for the first time and after waiting 40 min for a bay, it wouldn't work. After waiting another half hour for them to get their **** together I asked for a refund. They said they would not give me my money back but I could leave. When I said I wasn't leaving without a refund he called the cops on me. Seriously just wanted to wash my car. Signed, pissed
