Boada Solid Surfaces

Horrible customer service and poor workmanship. I am an architect and had Boada (formerly Ontario j and l) install a corian kitchen counter and an undermount stainless steel sink about 4 years ago. It worked until about a month ago the sink completely detached from the counter top. I called them (as well as a few other companies) and everybody said that it should not have detached - it was a result of poor craftsmanship. I've been trying to get Luis to come and fix it (not for free, I'd be paying him too) for over a month and he and his staff have been screening my calls, saying they'll call back and need to figure out schedule, and any other excuse. I've given them a lot of business and have forwarded on their name over the years but no more. Do yourself a favor and go with another company that will give you good service and a good product.
