I purchased a package of 3 laser treatments in February to use to remove a few (very few)remaining chin hairs. I was really disappointed with their curt and unfriendly attitude, lack of professionalism and the manner in which they just wanted to just get you in and out rather than establish a relationship. The first 2 treatments were done by Gita and although she seemed to know what she was doing, did not convey a level of confidence to make me feel comfortable. The last treatment was carried out by a different person with a different machine. Needless to say, I called back three weeks later to let them know that I hadn't lost a single hair. My original cosmetician called me back but her attitude was, "Well laser doesn't work if you have a tan." Too bad, so sad!. Clearly the second cosmetician should have told me at the time of that appointment. I will never use their services again!
