I too had toilets and showers backing up with seweage on a Friday morning before a long weekend. Really needed a pump before company arrived for the weekend. They charged me 250$ for a pump out, because it was an emergency. Not only that I watched the driver open the lids and poke a bar in each hole for a total of 10 seconds. I received notice on my bill that extra time was used to clear frozen ice from tanks, and next time will have a extra charge... the people rip you off any opportunity they can. Beware
