Canada Post

Never had very many issues with Canada Post until this year 2018 ...My po has a very slow counter person this year..and it causes line ups very often due to her not getting with the program.. Then even using my sm bus card the discount never comes off although it does online. Had my first damaged item claim and was not impressed at all with how CP handles them.. Email said could take 4 months to settle a under 20$ claim ..then 2-3 wks later get email saying they never got response from customer and were closing the case..In the email my name and my customers name were both spelt wrong..not like they did not have a tracking number to follow thry with. I had pictures of the damage item with packaging from my customer and initially told customer service that but they never asked for them at all. Very poor all the way around..If I had an alternate service choice I would certainly be using it.
