Ritz Motel & Aquatic Park

We have been staying there for I don't know how may years. At least 10 or 15. The last two, even though I had made reservations at least a month ahead were told when we got there the room had been given to someone else, this year by mistake, last year because someone else called after us and insisted on that room. I could go on about how bad we were treated this time but I would rather not ruin my evening. The rooms are ok for what you pay but every other motel we stay at regularly treats us much better. It is not like we make noise or leave a mess. We are just looking for a place to sleep after a 10 hour drive and our 12+ hour drive the next day. This year I did not sleep well and will never return.
