2 weeks ago we purchased a sofa and a loveseat on a tent sale price. After delivery we realized that we have not enough space for the loveseat and decided to switch it to a chair instead. I was afraid they won’t accept it since the sale was completed and the purchase accepted. I contacted our sales rep, Bogdan and he arranged everything for no extra cost. We’be got the chair and a side table as we asked, they didn’t even charge for the delivery. I want to say a big thank you to Bogdan and his manager for understanding and cooperation and to the delivery guys, very polite and friendly. I’ll definitely come again for any future purchases.
