Jan 18, 2012, OLDS Ripped me off $1200. Tim the smooth talker at the front will gain your trust and asure you that you'll be very pleased with your vehicle. In the mean time he has no idea if your vehicle is even fixed or improved. Paid my bill and it became immediately appearent that the problem was the same. So nobody had even test drove it. Convinced me to take it home. I know, what was I thinking? (Smooth talker that Tim) Drove it back a couple days later,(1 hour drive each way) and left it there. Tim made it out like it was going to cost me another $300. As if I was going to pay that but regardless they still never fixed the engine cylinders missfiring. I think his extra $300 charge was just a tactic to distract me from the $1200. I feel stupid for paying $1200. In the end they gave me a $50 refund. Initialy I took it there because he convinced me that within 2-3 hours tops they could diagnos the problem. Dishonest. No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
