Highly unethical. DO NOT rent from these people. After being told by their former management company (who no longer works with them) that they recommended that my deposit be returned in full, I instead received an invoice for things that were damaged PRIOR to me moving in to the apartment. No wonder their phone is forwarded to an automated voicemail. DO NOT rent an apartment at Calgary. Stay clear! You've been forewarned.
