We called these movers a month before our moving date to see if they can move us from Brampton, Ontario to a city in Michigan. They said yes. 3 days before the move date, they called us to tell us that their moving truck broke down and we need to pay 200 dollars more so they could rent out another truck. Even though it seemed a bit shady, we still gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to pay 200 dollars more and they confirmed 2 days before the moving date. We planned out our agenda according and told them how important it was for us to move that day. On the day of moving, they didn't show up ! ON TOP OF THAT. after our billion phone calls to them. They didn't pick up any of them. AND when my dad called them after hiding our caller ID, then Joe the driver finally picked up and he hung up right away when he realized it was my dad's Voice. So not only did they not show up at the last minute, they didn't even have the common courtesy to call us to let us know that they couldn't do it. DON'T CALL THEM.
