Had been a customer for their west winds location for a long time but due to recent events completely dissatisfied with their service. Horrible experience. Tried to send them my new prescription over 3 times with the email and finally figured it out. A week later called to find out what was going on. Not only had they not even put the order through they didn't call to inform me of their "new" procedure. Even though they had the right number. Manager was least accommodating. He disregarded my prescription from my optometrist. Even though they had my contact prescription from my contacting fitting from my optometrist. Told me I had to deal with it and lied about not having my correct number till I called him out. Went asked other places about the procedure all other optical places agreed the contact lens prescription was sufficient and they could have called my optometrist for measurements if need be. Never would go back. Better places out there that match their price.
