Q Media has incredibley poor customer service, they shipped a laptop to me using an incorrect address, and the incorrect name, now they tell me that I have to wait 6 weeks for another. Their phone nuber goes to an answering service and the mail box is full. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
