Taxi Commission-the City of Calgary

I used to call cabs from the bar and some drivers would say they don't like bar trips others would drive slowly through the parking lot ,not even stop and sometimes they just wouldn't show up at all . Now that there is options of course we are going to use them. If the cabs had always gave great service they wouldn't be crying now. It's called competition.
