Conceptual Masonry Ltd

CML installed masonry veneer on a 36,000 SF property in Calgary. The workmanship was so poor that 7 years later ~14' slabs were falling off the building. There are 7' high venner on the property that could have fallen off and harmed/killed someone. I contacted and provided CML with the opportunity to repair and fix this and they did nothing even with repeated phone calls. Very, very poor service that is certainly why the construction industry is labeled harshly. I would recommend never utilizing this company as they have no ability to ensure their product will last. If I could give them zero stars that is what they should receive!
