Brewsters has been around for years. After playing with the menu several times, often not successfully, they have finally settled into a food selection that suits what the restaurants want to be and is delivered well. The beer selection is great of course as they produce their own including seasonal brews. The Blue Monk (through the winter), Gunther's and Hammerhead are all great mainstays. There are brews to suit any taste from light fruity beers to dark 'barley wine.' The food as I said has finally settled into a comfortable menu. Everything I've tried has been well made and beautifully presented. The nachos with the new braised beef are the best bar nachos that I've ever had. The lobster mac and cheese is a nice addition and is quite tasty although it could really use more lobster. The new selection of burgers are well cooked and extremely filling. Some of the older menu choices are still some of the best like the spicy chicken wrap, fish and chips and the wings. Visit a Brewsters today for a great meal.
