The Richmond Hill Psychology Centre offers comprehensive psychological services for children, adults, and families.
We diagnose and treat: - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) - Depression and Anxiety Disorders - Learning Disabilities - Autism (incl. Asperger’s Syndrome) - Oppositional-Defiant Disorder (ODD) - Eating Disorders - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - We also provide services related to: - Psychological changes in adolescence - Explosiveness, defiance to parents and teachers - Stress and anger management - Family and life transitions - Loss and grief - Motor vehicle accidents and effects of acute stress - Adoption issues, blended families - Parent-children communication difficulties - Social skills and self-esteem problems - Coping with separation and divorce - Immigration and adaptation issues Established in 2004 by Dr. Tali Shenfield, the Richmond Hill Psychology Centre is a group of experienced and licensed psychologists and therapists providing quality psychological services for the GTA and South Ontario. We believe that each person has a natural capacity for healing, growth and transformation. By providing compassionate and supportive guidance, we help our clients find and use their inner resources to heal past trauma, adapt to challenging life circumstances, and develop their strength and resilience to the full extent. We treat each person as a unique individual and respect their beliefs, experience, and unique gifts. We are privileged to work with people from many cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. We provide services in English, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, and Farsi. Our fees are based on the guidelines of the Ontario Psychological Association and can be covered by extended health insurance plans provided by your employer. Fees that are not reimbursed by insurance plans are tax deductible as a medical expense. Our centre is located at Wycliffe Village Plaza and is easily accessible from anywhere in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) being only 5 min away from Hwy 404/407 intersection and 10 min away from Hwy 400/407 intersection. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
