Poor quality chandelier. I bought one 5 weeks ago. I received it in an opened box. I asked if it was a returned item and they responded that they opened it to check it. When I Brought it home, the hook, pole and the chain were missing. I Called the store and they said come and pick up the missing parts. I drove to the store to get it. Got home and was ready to install it and I found out the canopy was dented. I Called and drove there once again. They got one ready for me but there was no hook. They gave me four canopies to choose. 3 were dented and 1 was badly scratched. I picked the scratched one. Now the chandelier was ready to install but then the hooks on the chandelier for the crystals were missing. Called the store again and talked to the manager. They said that I should receive them in a couple of days. No it has been more than 4 weeks and I still have not received the hooks. I don't need to say more but I hope people can read this.
