This review is solely based on customer service as they didn't provide me any service. The girl who answered the call had an obvious misunderstanding. I have never dealt with this company in the past and had obtained the phone number from another store in the same plaza. She stated that they had in the past not been able to collect from us. Instead of clarifying the misunderstanding, she hung up on me because they don't want to deal with me, then refuse to pick up. I have never in my life time not paid anyone for anything I contracted and I have never dealt with this company prior to today. I am very angry and insulted!
