I called this company up on a Thursday. Kevin (who works here) let me know that he will have the estimate done by Tuesday or Wednesday. I called him on Wednesday several times and finally got a hold of him. He told me that it will be done by Friday. I let him know how IMPORTANT it is that i get this estimate. Friday passed by and nothing. Now i have WASTED 1 week of my time when i could of called another company. I do not know the quality of their work but if this is how they keep their word then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If he could not get the estimate done at least GIVE ME A DAMN CALL! to let me know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY.
