We have developed a step-by-step design / build process that is user friendly, effective and professional. We want our clients to feel comfortable, confident and satisfied. Of course, all our new homes are protected by a comprehensive New Home Warranty (2/5/10 years available), the cost of which is included in the price of your new custom homes. We are also fully licensed by the Home Owner Protection Office of B.C. Renovation homes enovating your home can be a very stressful process, unless you choose the right builder. We have been renovating homes since 1983.
