Sushi Hibiki is a great little sushi place in Bridgeland. The tables are almost consistently full, so while it's not hard to get a table there, there's always a steady stream of people in and out. The sushi is fresh, not 'fishy', and tasty and the service is fast and friendly - just what I look for in a sushi restaurant. It's a small restaurant, but you can tell that the owner and staff have pride in what they do, it's really just a great place to go and have a nice, quiet, delicious meal.
