Golden Image Hair Design

Carlos is incompetent and can't cut women's hair. I came in to get a haircut before my vacation. I ask for an inch trim because I spent 3 years growing my hair. I just need my layers fix and an inch off the length. Instead Carlos chopped off my hair. He cut my hair to the same length as my shortest layer. On top of that he lied and said he took off 2 inches and I shouldn't worry because it will grow back. Thank you Carlos for ruining my vacation.
