HMV Canada Inc. - Head Office

I am just writing this to inform you that after 3 months I finally received my order. It was short the item that was not in stock (even though when I made the original purchase it didn't say that it wasn't in stock) and you had sent an e-mail to let me know this....so i was expecting that to not be in the order BUT it was also short the minion babble button.....which I was never told wasn't in stock...nor was I told that it wouldn't be shipped with my order!! I have to tell you how extremely frustrated I have been with this whole experience!! This was my first and my very last time ever ordering from your store. To have sent me an e-mail offering me $10 off a $50 order if I order online again before April 30th is insane!! Do you really think that I would ever order online from your store again after all of this craziness?? And $10?? Only available online?? Worst customer service ever!!
