Hamp­ton Well­ness Cen­tre has been faith­fully serv­ing the West­boro, Ottawa com­mu­nity for the last 19 years. Dr. Liang Dai and his staff have con­tin­ued to pro­vide excel­lent fam­ily chi­ro­prac­tic and natur­o­pathic care, as well as reg­is­tered mas­sage therapy.
Our mis­sion is to pro­vide the high­est qual­ity care to our patients in order to express and main­tain their opti­mal health – nat­u­rally with­out the use of drugs or surgery. Our goal is to edu­cate our com­mu­nity that life and health come from within and that the main­te­nance of health is far supe­rior to the treat­ment of dis­ease.
