City Of Ottawa

I like the City of Ottawa 311 service, they are friendly and resolve problems quickly. I called about not having a recycling schedule and received one in the mail three days later. The problem I find are the programs offered by the City of Ottawa facilities. You have to wait three hours to register on line or by phone and three out of the four courses I wanted to put my kids in were filled up by the time I had gotten through on the phone. With a city of close to 1 million, you would expect more city programs and not having to fight tooth and nail to get your child registered in swimming.....this is the Canada's capital afterall.
