The lady is very nice when you want to buy something but once your money is spend don't count on any decent customer service. We purchased a ring for $280 and re-sizing was included with the price. The ring was too big so she took a measurement and after a week we pick up the ring and unfortunately now it's too small. When we came back the lady was arguing saying that the ring "is perfect, it's not to small, she has 25yrs experience and she took the right measurement" and she wants to charge us for second re-sizing. She also insulted my wife by saying: "maybe your wife gained weight and that's how the ring become to small". She lost a long term client, but she seems not to care...
