If I could put 0 stars, I would. No professionalism, talks to me and to her friend on the phone at the same time. Then tells me she can't return my package. Prior visit, she was chatting with her friend while I was just standing there waiting, to finally tell me I needed a power of attorney to make an address change for my eldey mother though I had her ID with me. And we pay tge salary of this kind of incompetence and laziness. Now I understand why so many post offices were closed.
