I purchased a used vehicle from United-CAMC Autos International Inc. at 4600 boul De la Grande-Allee in Boisbriand QC J7H 1S7 450-434-1800, salesperson Enio Reda on 31/07/2018, 2015 Volkswagen Jetta 3VWLA7AJ6FM211720. The vehicle was certified mechanically by SAAQ No 336581033 on 2018-03-27, 4 months before it was sold. I'm not sure how long a SAAQ safety lasts in Quebec, but in Ontario it is good for only 36 days, after which another one needs to be done. The vehicle sat on the dealer's lot for 4 months after it was certified, probably outside, during which the front disc brakes rusted. When I brought it into Ontario to get it Safety Certified so I can put a licence plate on it, the mechanic wouldn't pass it without the rotors and pads being changed, at cost to me. I bought it in good faith from United Auto that the Safety Certification was done in Quebec, however, probably expired. I had suggested to them that I be reimbursed for the parts and labour for rotors and pads.
