Impot Total Tax

Worst experience ever. They made a huge mistake on my taxes that I realized on my own, when I brought my taxes back for them to fix they told me they were too busy and that I should come back a week later. I then went back and was told they would send in the revised numbers in right away just to find out a month later they never did, and tried to tell me it was my fault for not following up. They said I need to sign a paper and that they would send it to me and weeks went by and they never did. I have left multiple voicemails and messages, even emailed them and never got a response or a call back, so I literally had to show up in person because it was the only way to speak to them. 5 months after tax season and I’m still dealing with the government because of their error. Would not recommend this place, beyond unprofessional not to mention reeks like cigarettes in the office.
