We rented a limo bus for a night out in Feb 2014. The bus was not what we ordered, they switched last minute because of mechanical problems, which was acceptable. The driver (Jack) was very friendly and did a great job. The major problem was that the heat did not work. There was no hot air blowing through the vents. We discussed this with the owner after the night out, and he claims that it worked fine. His opinion was that it was because we were opening the door every 15 minutes. The bottom line: NO HOT AIR BLOWING THROUGH THE VENTS. They seem to say and do anything to admit it was not their fault.
