1) Too expensive = quoted $1500 for a job the dealer ended up doing for $7002) Screwed my vehicle up - sent it back with a cracked sparkplug.  They are Incompetent - charged me $120 for a diagnosis resulting in a $880 repair. Took it to another shop and they charged me $85 to clean a sensor!!!! The sad thing is is that I personally knew these guys. I  hate to be a stranger and take my vehicle there!!! Stay away.
