Wycliffe Property Management

I am a resident on one of Wycliffe's residential properties just off of Don Mills & Steeles. Their property rental is not competitively priced, which is understandable for all profit businesses - but for me, the main issue has been their lack of communication as well as disregard for some basic respect and maintenance. Over the last three years I've spent my time here on Wycliffe properties, numerous problems had occured, recent incidents requiring a fridge replacement as well as a window rework. All of these things, we had requested of maintenance three years ago to take a look at, but their approach seems to be "wait until its broken, we ain't doing nothin'" - their language is pretty much in that manner as well.. Today's fridge replacement really sealed the deal, one of the superintendents came to check up on the fridge's status, and lets just say that when he double checked for the right sided handle, the other superintendent came with the left one, and told us to deal with it. Extremely disappointing.
