What a terrible company. They need to start recording calls because their employees don't understand simple note taking, business practice, or have the ability to follow through with requests to call. After explaining on three seperate calls (with three seperate people) and setting up payments on 2 occasions they failed to withdraw anything (because of an error on THEIR end), and now because the payment is 30 days over due my credit is affected. Not only have they affected my credit, they said they can't do anything about it because there's no note(s) on file explaining previous 2 arrangements - again, just a joke. Go elsewhere, don't waste your time with tricore, your just a number to them, period.
