Drain Rescue Service Corp

On 2013-04-09, my tenant had no hot water in the shower. They looked up Drain Rescue somewhere and placed a call. Plumber Terry K arrived around 1230 PM and left before 0230 PM He took the shower mixer apart but was not able to fix the problem. For this he handed over a bill of $362.17 including GST. Still there was no hot water! The next day I had my regular plumber come in and replaced the shower mixer to a standard `Moen' product in less than three hours and charged me only $250 plus GST. All he had to do, as any plumber worth his salt would know, was to take the drywall piece out from the back of the shower to reach and replace it. I am appalled that a plumber from a company that claims to `know all' on its website would do such shoddy work and charge that kind of money for working only two hours, without fixing the problem and without suggesting any remedies before leaving. Also as claimed on their website, the plumber Terry K did not provide any estimates or a quote before he started work.
