A family owned bakery since 1918. Our main products are eastern European breads, cakes and pastries. All our bread is baked in the original 1918 Peterson brick hearth oven. We have been using grandpa's recipes since 1918 no artificial flavours or preservatives in our breads. ALSO KNOWN AS "THE PACZKI PRINCE OF CANADA", AS SEEN ON CBC AND THE "A" CHANNEL. We offer retail sales as well as delivery wholesale, supplying better restaurants and banquet halls in the area.
