Great Canadian Bagel

Great Canadian is pretty unassuming from the outside. It's just a little spot in the back of one of those super centres. That said, they have really tasty bagels. There's a ton of variety from fruity flavours to savoury and they brew and serve Zavida coffee on site, including lattes! It's a great place to stop in for a dozen bagels or for a breakfast sandwich. You can choose from one of many homemade cream cheese varieties, eggs, or deli items for your bagel. The service is friendly, the prices are $ moderate and it's decent grub. It's more of a grab and go sort of place rather than a lingering place while you eat your breakfast. If you're looking for a sit down restaurant, this isn't the place. If you do buy a dozen bagels, make sure you ask for a plastic bag for freezer storage and pre-slice your bagels before freezing!
