Fortinos

I visited the florist shop in Fortinos to pick up a house warming gift for a friend of mine. There were many different beautiful flowers there. I picked out a plant and went to the cash desk at the florist counter. An employee was standing there with a customer who was looking at cut flowers. The customer was not sure what she wanted and was taking a very long time. The employee completely ignored me- she did not look in my direction. I waited for five minutes, holding the plant I wanted to purchase. The employee did not say she would be right with me, or acknowledge me in any way. I finally took the plant over to a grocery cashier and paid for it. I was disappointed- as I wanted to get the plant professionally gift wrapped. I am not sure I would purchase another plant at this store after this experience.
