Black's Photography

Never have I been so appalled by the service provided by a business. Over the past 2 months, I have tried MANY MANY times to use the new Black's online photo uploader. Although this is to be a "new" system, it has more than a few kinks. Even though I have provided extensive feedback to Black's about the kinks, months later, they still haven't fixed them. The service I got from the St. Vital Mall location amounted to "it's not our website. Nothing we can do about it. Complain to Corporate. They don't listen to us anyways." Great company moral! They did give me some "free prints" for my "troubles," but what good are they when you can't actually order any prints?!?! Today, after spending3 hours trying to get pictures uploaded, I THEN find out I can't pick them up at anywhere other than the Polo Park location. Awful service, awful company. I hightly recommend chosing another place to print your pictures.
