Receptionist was rude and hung up on me. I had gotten my days mixed up and missed my appointment. I called to apologize and hopefully rebook. All she said was "we don't reschedule those who don't show up" *click* if that is their policy that's fine, I screwed up, but I did not deserve to be treated like that. Her tone was condescending and the fact she hung up on me so abruptly, not even a goodbye or a chance for me to respond, was upsetting.
