Koolspace

Horrible customer service!!! We paid in full for two coolers to be delivered in May. Both coolers arrived, but did not work at all from the moment they arrived. Repeated calls and e-mails are unanswered for days, and, when we receive a reply Koolspace has no answers nor time frame for remedying the outstanding issues. We also paid for "white glove delivery service" which turned into having a cooler placed in the middle of our receiving area for a calendar week, and of course no reply's to our calls and e-mails. It is now September and we have one working cooler. We understand when suppliers are having difficulty in securing product - this is part of the business world - but the complete lack of urgency and any form of customer care is found to be inexcusable. The one star was a "field" that had to be filed in or it would not there.
