Castledowns Medical Clinic

I have a great doctor there but they need to replace his receptionist as she has messed up so many times that it’s affected appointments and even receptionists from specialists end up hanging up trying to talk to her. She just doesn’t understand or care to. With 3-5 drs under her she can’t handle it. I say you need to book more time and she she’s no it will be enough and sure enough it’s not. I can’t be in here all the time just because she’s not booking properly. It’s not ok and she’s not doing her job which is affecting the way this doctors patients are getting treated. To the point I’m ready to leave with my entire family. Along with many other patients. Not booking specialists appointments properly or anything. Can’t spell names right it’s ridiculous. Cuts you off while talking and speaks in her language thinking no one else understands her.
