Very unprofessional and deceitful owner (Alison Pon) and really stupid team that she has trained. Alison Pon is the property manager of a large condominium where I own a suite. Most people in our building absolutely hate Alison because she is a rude and really dumb individual. Alison does not have any background, skills, knowledge, certification in building construction, electrial repairs, water issues and public service. Her lack of skills is probably why she is so rude because when you need something done or have a query, you always get a bluff type answer or the run around or you do not get any service at all (phone calls not returned). She is not experienced or knowledgeable about regulatory, statutory, case and common law. All the above are absolutely vital when it comes to managing a property and if a person/owner of the property management company does not have a baseline set of skills and knowledge then you are in trouble if you are a tenant or owner.
