Terrible company!! Roy is a dishonest person and doesn't keep his word. The installer is careless/clueless don't let him in your house! He even complained when I had to have him re-adjust everything because we wouldn't accept the insert with a 1" gap on one side and not being level or centered. Said to us "Good Enough" To top it all off he damaged the unit, the unit was defective and didn't even work among other problems. Then Roy keeps my old stove which is worth 250 credit for a government rebate. The installer isn't wet certified and when I called called Roy about it he said don't worry it's already done! How can it be wet certified before its installed? The installer made some make-shift coffee can with clamps to hold the exhaust pipe? I told him there was no way you are putting that on my roof and to use my old one as its a proper cap. They took the stove back because it couldn't be fixed onsite.. Give me my money back!
