I had made an appointment with Dr Sanders for tues the 8th but when she made the appointment she said tues the 7th. I have physio at the same time as the appointment on mon wed and fri which I explained when I made the appointment. When I showed for my appointment on tues she said I was mistaken and refused to acknowledge her confusion on dates. I was also refused another appointment by this receptionist and feel that this is extremely unfair as it was her who booked the date wrong. Her rudeness in light of her mistake is completely wrong!!!!!!!
