I live in Sooke I was at the restaurant awhile back experienced some verbal snapping from the employee when taking my fries back, they were cold. I wait nearly 20 mins for new ones. Needless to say my dinner was over. I did contact owner who was gracious and said please go in and have meal on us. One I am not prepared to go up to counter and state that. A coupon for my meal should have been mailed. Needless to say I never redeemed. Once again today I went in, more than six months later. Again cold fries. These were quickly replaced staff were pleasant. However, meal was not stellar I had a mama burger bunless due to gluten allergy. I asked for tomatoe and was charged extra. A freezing cold piece of tomatoe on top of a barely warm burger. I did save you the bun, could have thrown in the tomatoe Not thinking of paying nearly $9 for a cold burger and fries again again.
