The owner is a big liar! his contract is a fraud. he tells you that you can cancel your contract with 1 month notice and it looks that way when you read his contract but wait when you have to cancel. he refuses and since the contract is unclear, you have to pay until the end of the period!! what a joke. he then denies that he said you could cancel with a month notice. do yourself a favour, go somewhere else.
