Shopping here was a horrible experience. I suffered an allergic reaction to the material which is claimed to be "silver" and "hypo-allergenic". I received a piece of jewelry for my birthday and when I wanted to return it (due to the health issue) there were many problems. Cleary I am unable to wear this company’s product and a refund was refused. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was refused and I was also refused his name. It was stated that the owner's name is information that is not to be given out. The employee also shared that she doesn't even know his last name, but has been told to never hand out his first name. What honest business owner has this policy or procedure when dealing with customers? Obviously he knows there are problems with his product and doesn't want to take responsibility for them. Crook. I was instructed to email this individual however I'm not entitled to his name. The employee did contact him to explain the situation and to see if there were exceptions to policy. He denied the e
