British Style Fish & Chips

From super thick crunchy batter to super thin tempura like crisp batter, fish and chips is one of those things I will never say is the "best in town", what type do I feel like at the moment. If it's right in the middle of the two types, off to British Style I go. The Halibut is tasty and usually not greasy but it has reached me quite greasy on a few occations, still tasty though. Fries are really good, just the way I like them, thick, not soggy but not super crunchy either and seasoned well. The crunch comes from the little bits of broken fries at the bottom of the package, yummy.
