We took an international student to this location to open an account. They were very helpful and told us that because she doesn't have any canadian id, that she can't open one through the branch but can open one using a 1-800 number they provided. We phoned the number, they had a translator talk to her...and the process has started and will be forwarded to the branch in the next couple days to sign. Voila CIBC! Way to go!
